Excited to be working on the common areas and exterior improvements at an overlooked, 1962 beauty from Kistner, Wright, and Wright near the shores of Lake Merritt. Designed originally for IBM, the building embraces pattern at a variety of scales and this formal history informed much of our decision-making. Construction begins in early March and will be completed this Summer.
